Welcome! Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at Anime Cosmic Galactic. By attending, purchasing a ticket, or participating as an exhibitor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ticketing & Entry

- **One Person Per Pass**: Each wristband/pass allows entry for one individual only.

- **Non-Transferable**: Once purchased, wristbands and passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

- **Bring Your Receipt**: To collect your wristband/pass at the venue, please bring the receipt from your online or third-party purchase.

- **Arrive Early**: We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the event to pick up your wristband/pass and avoid delays.

- **Age Restrictions**: Only individuals over 18 may purchase wristbands/passes. Children under 3 enter for free, while attendees aged 3 and above need a ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

- **Super Fan Passes**: Super Fan V.I.P. passes grant access for all event days but are limited to one pass per attendee.

- **Tampered Wristbands**: Wristbands that have been removed or altered are invalid and will not be replaced.

- **Lost or Damaged Wristbands**: Lost, damaged, or stolen wristbands will not be reissued, so keep yours safe.

- **Authenticity**: Beware of counterfeit tickets, as we are not responsible for fraudulent passes.

- **Right of Admission**: Anime Cosmic Galactic reserves the right to deny entry even to valid ticket holders.

- **Additional Fees**: An online handling fee may apply.

Aventttending the E

- **Display Your Pass**: Wristbands/passes must be visible at all times during the event. 

- **Photo & Video Policy**: By attending, you consent to Anime Cosmic Galactic using your image for promotional purposes. Personal photos are permitted, but commercial use is restricted without prior approval.

- **No Unsupervised Minors**: We are not responsible for minors attending without adult supervision.

- **Line-Up Changes**: Artist or guest appearances are subject to change.

- **Event Content**: Content at the event is generally family-friendly but may include material that some find objectionable.

- **No Outside Food or Drink**: Outside food and beverages are not allowed; refreshments will be available for purchase.

- **Personal Belongings**: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Lost or damaged items are not the responsibility of the organizers.

- **First Aid**: Emergency first aid will be available. However, Anime Cosmic Galactic is not liable for any injuries or harm incurred during the event.

- **Zero Tolerance for Harassment**: Harassment of any kind (physical, verbal, or online) will lead to expulsion without refund.

- **Security Checks**: For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to conduct bag checks and security screenings.

- **Prohibited Items**: No liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, or controlled substances are allowed.

Liability

- **Website Use**: Anime Cosmic Galactic makes no warranty regarding the functionality of its website. We aim to address issues promptly but assume no liability for any website malfunction.

- **Assumed Risk**: Attendees assume all risks related to event participation and agree to release Anime Cosmic Galactic and its staff from any claims of loss, injury, or damage.

- **Third-Party Arrangements**: We act solely as an agent in cases involving third-party services and bear no liability for issues arising from these arrangements.

- **Personal Responsibility**: Attendees are responsible for their own safety, and Anime Cosmic Galactic is not liable for any damages, injuries, or loss.

Additional Guidelines

- **Agreement to Terms**: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

- **Changes to Terms**: Anime Cosmic Galactic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

- **Privacy Notice**: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as allowed by law.

- **Legal Jurisdiction**: These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be subject to Delhi courts.
